Hi. 
My name is Bubba. I was born in August 1994 in Baton Rouge, La. I am mixed-breed
but most of me is spaniel
(more than likely cocker,
field, and
springer). I love to explore my neighborhood and leave messages for all the other dogs that live near me.
My mother's name is Belle. My father's name is Reuben. He was the king of the Spanish Town Mardi Gras Parade in 1996.
My human's name is Eddie but
people also call him Bush.
We used to live in Thibodaux, La., then we lived in Baton Rouge, then we we lived in Nashville
and now we live in a place called Murfreesboro with my mommy, Carolyn,
and my sister, Krista.
That's Eddie and me in Mommy's car driving in some place called Pennsylvania on our summer vacation.
Don't ask me why Eddie named me Bubba. Bonnie, the girl in whose house I was born, called me Rebel. Truth be known, I am more of a Rebel than I am a Bubba. But if I don't come when Eddie yells "Bubba," I don't get to eat those nice dog treats.
I like living in Tennessee, but it was a little strange to begin with. The first weekend we were there, white flakes started dropping from the sky. I asked Eddie and Mommy what it was, but all they could do was laugh. Mommy says it's called snow. It was real cold. It stayed around for a few days but it's all gone now.
This is my sister Kritsa. I think she's cute. She's a Miniature Schnauzer. 
She is really nice. We have lots of fun running around together. We've been to lots of places. We ran around in parks of Memphis, Tenn. last year. We've been all over south Louisiana and Nashville. After Christmas, all of us drove from Louisiana to Tennessee together. We've been to six states so far.
Krista and I were born at about the same time and we have a lot in common.
My human Eddie married Krista's human Carolyn a few years ago. Krista and I didn't know what
marriage meant at first, but we found out that it means that we get to spend all of our time
together and go on more trips. Last year, right after Christmas, Eddie and Mommy took us to
stay at Dr. Fox's while they went to some place called New England. We had fun. Dr. Fox's
friends at Apache Trail Animal Hospital always treat us well. We just hope Eddie and Carolyn had fun too.
I like Carolyn a lot too. I call her my Mommy. We go to lots of places together. Krista and I have visited nine different states together with Eddie and Mommy.

that Eddie took when we went to a place called FallingWater in Pennsylvania. To the left is us at something called a rest area in Kentucky. We do a lot of walking in rest areas, but we
hardly ever get any rest there.
Mommy is really nice and makes Eddie smile alot.
She gives me nice treats and she gives fantastic ear scratches.
Mommy gave me my first taste of pig ears and I swear when Eddie is sleeping sometimes his ears look downright tasty. Eddie and I like to pick out treats for Krista at PetsMart.
In addition to chasing birds and anything else that flies, my hobbies include scratching and licking. I hate baths and have a personal relationship with all the fleas we have in our yard and house. I like riding in Eddie's car. It has a special seat just for me.
